What type of cannabis? There should be no conditions. Or rather, for smoking in the joint form, just not near doorways to public buildings. But these are all MUNICIPAL regulations. The Federal Government should have nothing todo with this.
Cannabis - in its juiced form, should most certainly be allowed on a bus. Its not dangerous. As long as its in a close-able container.
And cannabis is far less of a riskier than cigarettes.
