Legalizing or Decriminalizing Marijuana: I do not support the notion of legalizing or decriminalizing marijuana. Marijuana and/or cannabis is a drug and, from a health care perspective, all drugs need some form of regulation. Further, the Canadian Government characterizes marijuana and/or cannabis as a controlled drug under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and I believe there has not been sufficient evidence, from either a health or legal perspective, to suggest that this characterization should be changed.
