Quant à notre position sur la marijuana, le NPD préconise la solution de la décriminalisation depuis déjà de nombreuses décénnies. Selon nous, il est absurde que des citoyens soient accusés au criminel, ou doivent porter un dossier criminel pour un faible usage personnel de cannabis.
