"..we think that it will, in fact, do nothing to lesson the violence and drugs trade in Canada ...this is not going to lead to safer communities, it's going to put more people in jail, and probably the wrong people if you end up driving more activity into criminalize organized gangs, ... and if you say your going to put people in jail for having, say, half a dozen plants, thats the wrong approach...we think it's going to make things worse not better ... Do you support the simple removal of cannabis as a schedule II controlled substance from the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (S.C. 1996, c. 19)?, and let it be treated the same as Lettuce, Tomato, Oregano, Roses, Aloe Vera, Fern or any other common garden herb, flower or house plant?
Do you know the difference between Cannabis Sativa, Cannabis Indica, and Cannabis Ruderalis?
