I support cannabis legalization, as does the Liberal Party. Legalization, not just decriminalization, is the best way to keep marijuana out of the hands of our children, prevent the proceeds from funding criminal activities, and to reduce the negative health impacts.
If we pass smarter laws that tax and regulate marijuana, we can better protect Canadians.
