Well, I think that when you say “forward-looking”, marijuana is marijuana, and that report would be as good as we would get, probably, unless there are new issues that have arisen out of marijuana, such as genetically modified marijuana and the effects of that or something. We, the undersigned, Citizens or residents of Canada, call upon the Government of Canada to establish an independent, fully-empowered Royal Commission into the health, social and economic costs associated with the legalization of Cannabis use including costs associated with prohibition, discrimination, organized crime, political favouritism and corruption.
