Economic Action Plan 2013 Act No. 2
Government Orders
December 3rd, 2013 / 4:05 p.m.
Conservative

Mark Adler York Centre, ON

Mr. Speaker, our government has engaged aggressively in promoting trade and in negotiating a variety of free trade agreements and foreign investment promotion agreements with countries around the world.
Our government is interested in free trade that would create jobs in this country. It is not interested in the drug trade, as the Liberals are, to promote marijuana smoking. Our government is interested in free trade for jobs; their party is interested in smoking marijuana.

I am asking why you appose the Legalizing of Marijuana?
A sound economic plan would be to remove the criminal element, and tax and regulate, just like wine.
products are made from Cannabis, like paper, clothing ... using the word 'Hemp' instead of Marijuana, or Cannabis.
Please answer my questions. Specifically.
'Do you know the difference between Cannabis Sativa, Cannabis Indica, and Cannabis Ruderalis?'
Thank you for your time.

Dear Mark Adler,
Do you support the simple removal of Cannabis/Marijuana from the criminal code of Canada, and let it be treated the same as Lettuce, Tomato, Oregano, Roses, Aloe Vera, Fern or any other common garden herb, flower or house plant?
Do you know the difference between Cannabis Sativa, Cannabis Indica, and Cannabis Ruderalis?
I look forward to receiving your responses as it will be made public, so then others wont need to ask you the same question.
Kind regards,
Sam Vekemans (address)
P.S. All 303 Members of Parliament are being asked these same questions.
